From Scratch: Building a Brand Around a Legend
Canna Collabs came to us with an incredible concept but no existing assets. No brand guidelines, no product identity, not even usable photos. But that’s where the fun began. As big fans of Juvenile ourselves, we were hyped to bring this drop to life through design.
We worked Canna Collabs & Juvenile’s team to hunt down high-quality images, dive into his visual history, and capture the gritty, iconic energy that fans know and love. With zero access to original album files or design elements, we had to rebuild everything from the ground up—and that’s exactly what we do best.
Designing a Custom Vape Package with Star Power
This project wasn’t just about slapping a logo on a box. We created a fully custom vape pen packaging solution that celebrated Juvenile’s legacy while elevating the Canna Collabs brand. From a new album-cover-inspired artwork to high-impact visuals and layout, every detail was considered—from tactile finishes and matched colors to how it would look on dispensary shelves. We used a holographic base material to make Juvenile’s jewelry and grill shine, adding gloss UV accents and a matte finish for contrast—bling bling like it’s ’99!
When it comes to graphic design for cannabis packaging, it’s not just about visuals—it’s about building a vibe. We fused nostalgic rap aesthetics with modern cannabis culture to create a package that speaks to true fans and first-time customers alike.
