HÜLSA – BRAND PORTFOLIO BREAKDOWN
Brand Overview By: Full Scale co ~ Creative Director ~ Tristan Minton

HÜLSA is a modern wellness brand built around balance, intentional living, and refined simplicity. The identity merges holistic philosophy with premium contemporary design, positioning the company within the elevated wellness and lifestyle space rather than traditional supplement or health branding. The goal was to create a brand that feels: Calm, but confident. Luxury, without excess. Scientific, yet spiritual. Minimal, yet symbolic. Can sit on any luxury shelf and stand out. HÜLSA represents wellness as a personal journey — reflected in the tagline: “Wellness Your Way.”

Brand Strategy & Core Positioning
HÜLSA sits between three worlds: Luxury wellness, Holistic lifestyle, and Modern design-forward consumer brands. Instead of leaning into stereotypical wellness visuals (leaves, gradients, soft scripts), the brand uses structured geometry and intentional symmetry to communicate clarity, control, and balance.

Brand Pillars
Personal Wellness: Individual paths to health and balance. Harmony: Mind, body, and environment alignment. Precision: Thoughtful formulation and intentional design. Modern Ritual: Elevating daily wellness into a lifestyle experience.

Visual Identity System
The HÜLSA identity was developed as a modular logo ecosystem, allowing flexibility across packaging, digital, retail, and luxury applications. Rather than a single logo, HÜLSA uses a family of marks, each serving a distinct purpose.

1. Primary Wordmark: Clean typographic logo emphasizing clarity and modernity. Minimal letter spacing, balanced proportions, Scandinavian-inspired restraint, designed for packaging and hero placements.
2. Monogram Mark (H Symbol): A refined circular emblem representing: Unity, Completeness, and Balance. Used for: Product stamps, social icons, embossing, closure seals.
3. Geometric Symbol Mark: A structured abstract mark inspired by: Sacred geometry, Interconnection, and Wellness systems. Functions as: Brand signature icon, premium packaging centerpiece, spot gloss UV hero graphic.
4. Framed Logo

Typography Direction
Typographic treatments balance elegance and clarity. Characteristics: Modern sans-serif foundation, wide breathing space, controlled rhythm, architectural proportions. The umlaut in HÜLSA introduces a subtle European wellness aesthetic, reinforcing premium positioning. 

Color System
Primary Palette:
Deep Botanical Green, Matte Black, Neutral Warm Gray. These tones communicate grounding, calm, and sophistication. Accent Palette: Reflective Gold Foil. Gold is used intentionally — not decoratively. It represents: Value, ritual, elevated experience, and premium craftsmanship. Embellishments include: Foil stamping, Spot UV, and Metallic print finishes. Material & Finish Strategy: A major part of the HÜLSA identity is tactile luxury. Print & Packaging Finishes: Bright reflective gold foil, Spot UV highlights, soft-touch matte coatings, and deep contrast substrates. The interaction of matte surfaces with reflective elements creates a light-reactive brand experience. Brand Application: The HÜLSA branding adapts across environments while remaining cohesive. Packaging: Minimal layouts and strong icon anchoring; finish-driven hierarchy. Retail: High contrast visibility, elegant repetition of marks, with premium shelf presence.
