Full scale reserves the right to post pictures and videos on all Full Scale internet outlets/websites and affiliates of all art-work projects completed by Full Scale, unless otherwise expressed by the customer.

Section 7 - YOUR ACCOUNT
You may need your own Full Scale account to use certain Full Scale Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Full Scale does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 21, you may not use the Full Scale Services. Parents and guardians may not create profiles for teenagers. Alcohol or Marijuana related listings on Full Scale are intended for adults. Full Scale reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use Full Scale Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion. Full Scale reserves the right at to modify or discontinue services at any time.
Section 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS
Full Scale respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please contact Full Scale direct.
Section 9 - RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from Full Scale are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Full Scale is not responsible/liable for interruptions, delays, seizures, confiscations, or any legal implications derived from assisting clients importing goods.
Section 10 - RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE
Full Scale does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Full Scale does not take title to the refunded item.
Section 11 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Full Scale attempts to be as accurate as possible. If a product offered by Full Scale itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Section 12 - PRICING
With respect to items sold by Full Scale, we confirm the price of an item following your order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Full Scale is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Product pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We charge your credit card immediately following your entered order.

Full Scale Does Not Warrant That The Full Scale Services, Information, Content, Materials, Products (Including Software) Or Other Services Included On Or Otherwise Made Available To You Through The Full Scale Services, Full Scale's Servers Or Electronic Communications Sent From Full Scale Are Free Of Viruses Or Other Harmful Components. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Full Scale Service will be adjudicated in the state or Federal courts in Denver County, Colorado and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. We each waive any right to a jury trial.
